This hand-crafted font has a total of 33 styles in the family. ![]() The knockout term is not always associated with the white and black combination. When the text is set on the darker background the text is “knocked out” and the paper shines through. This font is termed as knockout because its name points to the text that has light color on a darker background. ![]() It was a hand-written script font that was inspired by Jonathan Hoefler’s first typeface “Champion Gothic” 1990. Their work was inspired by the style of American wood type. Tobias Fere Jones and Jonathan Hoefler were the designers of this font.
